Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the continental US lower 48 states. Shipping is free for cages only. If the item is in stock we will try to ship it in 5 business days or less. Shipping can take between 1 and 14 days from the date of shipment depending on the size of the order and your location. We do not ship world wide.

Your privacy and security are our number one priority.

Secure Payment Processing: All checkout and payment services are provided by PayPal, a worldwide leader in online transactions. Your payment is 100% secure from theft and fraud. We do not store, sell or share your payment information.

Secure Account Information: Your account information is always secure and 100% private. We will never sell or share your information with any third parties, for any reason – with the exception of your shipping address with our shipping provider for package delivery purchases.

Returns & Replacements

Do to health regulations we will not except returns or exchanges on used cages. However some cages come with manufacturer warranties for defects.

A & E Cages come with a manufacturers warranty. Powder coated cages come with a six month warranty and stainless steel cages come with a two year warranty. For the warranty to be valid, the purchaser of the cage must sign their registration card and send it to A&E Cage Company within 10 days of purchase. We have PDFs of the warranty and registration card if needed.

Prevue Hendryx Cages will take non-used cages back for up to 90 days for a refund minus shipping and 20% restocking fee, no returns for used cages.

Viewing Orders

Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply login and click the edit link. To reset your password, go to the account login page and click the forgot password link. If you would like to delete your account, please contact us. For account deletions please provide your name, user name, and address – to ensure we delete the correct account..
